International Housewares Shippers Association
The International Housewares Shippers Association (IHSA) is a not-for-profit association formed to benefit companies belonging to the International Housewares Association (IHA). Through the combined leverage of members, IHSA negotiates freight contracts and partners with other logistics providers to lower supply chain costs.
IHSA’s main function is to negotiate the lowest possible transportation rates and provide the highest quality service for all participating members. IHA members are able to receive excellent service and more cost-effective rates from the best carriers available.
IHSA/CORE National Meeting: Webinar on Shipping Updates

On May 16, the International Housewares Shippers Association (IHSA) and Zim Integrated Shipping Services Ltd. will present a webinar focused on members’ concerns about the health of the shipping industry as it affects imports and exports of containers on vessels from all ports. All IHA members are invited to join this IHSA/CORE national meeting during which IHSA’s Craig Akers and Zim’s Don Davis will discuss shipping matters including happenings in the Red Sea, the Panama Canal and the situation in Baltimore after the collapse of the Key Bridge. A Q&A session will allow attendees to ask about their concerns impacting shipping.
