Jacquie Fazekas is a 30-year retail veteran of the housewares industry and has worked in various sectors of retail, including discount, off-price, department stores and omni-channel. Her experience with top retailers including Walmart, Burlington Stores, JC Penney and Sears, gives her a unique perspective on how to develop talent from the ground up. Fazekas is passionate about mentoring, supporting and developing emerging leaders. She is a John C. Maxwell certified leadership coach, speaker and trainer, as well as a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach. She is a published bestselling author, with two books available on Amazon and more on the way this year.

CHESS—Chief Housewares Executive SuperSession—is IHA’s annual senior-level conference for industry leaders.
