Who is your customer, how do they shop for your products and what path are they taking to purchase, especially in a multi-screen world?  Google will provide a high-level view of online consumer behavior with specific focus on the housewares consumer. Gain a better understanding of your customer’s behaviors, how to better target your customer online and how to measure success. Then, One Click Retail will explore the importance of Amazon search placement and the factors that influence search ranking. Brands that understand what affects SEO results on this platform will establish a decisive advantage. Learn what works on Amazon, specifically how the buyer influences the category; who your competition is online and how this differs from offline; and how to adapt your digital shelf vs brick & mortar.
