ROSEMONT, Ill.  (Sept. 12, 2024)— Key housewares supplier executives will sit in the Housewares Hot Seat during the International Housewares Association’s (IHA) Chief Housewares Executive SuperSession 2024 (CHESS), Sept. 24 and 25 in Rosemont, Illinois. Mike Hayes, chief customer officer at Newell Brands, Julia Tunstall, CEO & co-founder of A Bar Above, and Kelly Walsh, vice president at KitchenSupply, will explore “Strategies for a Dynamic Marketplace” to open CHESS on Tuesday.

CHESS is IHA’s annual strategic and networking event held exclusively for industry leaders. In October 2020, Dollar General announced pOpshelf as a new concept with an on-trend and affordable mix of products, including household, home décor, entertaining, health and beauty products. The network now includes more than 200 stores in 21 states.
