Stay connected with the 2018 International Home + Housewares Show on social media! To get started, follow us on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram now! Mention the official Show account, @HousewaresShow, on Twitter, Facebook and Instagram to connect with the Show’s social team and don’t forget to also include the official Show hashtag in all of your posts: #IHHS2018.

Before the Show, maximize your marketing efforts to increase booth traffic and outreach:

  • Booth previews and product sneak peeks are a great way to start building excitement for your brand
  • Create a landing page to schedule appointments with your team at the Show and share those links on your social channels
  • Give buyers, media, influencers and attendees a reason to add your booth to their must-see list at the Show
  • Include the Show’s hashtag #IHHS2018 to increase your reach and maximize your pre-Show exposure

When you get to Chicago, keep your social channels active with your own personal behind-the-scenes vantage point of your booth, product demos, presentations, displays and more! Live social feeds will be streamed in the Grand Concourse Lobby, before most Keynote presentations, and in the Press Room, so be sure to use #IHHS2018 to have your content picked up!

Give media and buyers a personal look at your brand, go live on Facebook, Instagram or Snapchat, or just share some of your favorite photos throughout the day. The Show’s social team will be actively engaging with member brands and stopping by booths for photos and more, so don’t forget to tag our social accounts and use the official Show hashtag when you post. The Social Media and Digital Marketing Center will be staffed by digital marketing specialists as well as live streaming professionals to answer all of your online marketing, social media and live streaming questions!

After the Show, recap your experience, sharing your photos, videos and more with your social fans! Reach an even larger audience by continuing to use the Show’s hashtag. While you’re focused on turning the leads you meet at the Show into customers, your social channels can help you nurture them along! Extend the conversations you had at the Show to keep the conversations going and remind those who couldn’t attend what they missed.

You can reach the Show’s social team on Twitter, Instagram and Facebook with our official handle: @HousewaresShow with any questions. We can’t wait to see you in March!
