The International Housewares Association (IHA) has announced that select events from the 2018 International Home + Housewares Show will be live streamed on the internet. The Show will be held March 10-13 at McCormick Place in Chicago.

  • Smart Talks, a new educational program making its debut within the IHA Smart Home Pavilion, will feature presentations by industry experts on developments in the Smart Home and Internet of Things. Select presentations will be live streamed on the IHA homepage. The full schedule of speakers is available here.
  • Three keynote presentations will be live streamed on the IHA homepage at www.housewares.org: Sunday March 11: The Housewares Consumer Speaks: Syncing Innovation and Marketing with Consumer Needs at 7:30 a.m. CT, and The Future Kitchen: Building Smart, New and Sustainable Business Model at 12 Noon CT. Monday, March 12: Top Trends 2018: Survival and Success in the Retail Renaissance at 7:30 a.m. CT. View the full presentation schedule for complete information about each keynote.

  • The IHA Global Innovation Awards (gia) honor the industry’s best designed products and the world’s most innovative retailers at a special award gala on Saturday, March 10. The product awards will be live streamed at approximately 7:15 p.m. CT, and the retail awards will begin at approximately 8:45 p.m. CT.

    IHA’s Global Innovation Awards (gia) honors housewares retail and product design excellence.

IHA has partnered with Brandlive and Taste Media Group as technology partners on the live streaming broadcasts.

Brandlive is a live interactive video platform used by brands and retailers to interact with their audiences for product training, consumer marketing and commerce events. Brandlive will be exhibiting at the International Home + Housewares Show in the Social Media + Digital Commerce Center located in the Grand Concourse Lobby.
