Brand guru Adrienne Weiss will walk through her vision of what a compelling brand story is and how to communicate it to customers. Retailers and suppliers who want to have an emotional connection to their customers, regardless of whether they are a B-to-B company or are talking directly to consumers, need to think about what they say, how they say it and where the opportunities are to create a lasting bond. Whether a company is a startup, a multinational, well-known brand or anything in between, everyone can benefit from Weiss’s lessons.
