Highlights from the 2017 IBC General Meeting at the Global Forum

On the second day of the 2017 Global Forum, Mark Adkison, IHA’s vice president of international, led the IBC General Meeting to update the membership on upcoming programs, awards and the IBC board of directors.

With members earning credits for participating at educational sessions and for taking part in Trade Missions, several IBC members were honored through the group’s Strategic Trade Specialist certification program.  Mark presented awards to the following IBC members:

Global Trade Specialist – Level One (20 Credits)

Global Trade Specialist – Level One (40 Credits)

The 2017 / 2018 IBC Board of Directors
Mark also thanked and honored the IBC board of directors for their service to the organization. Due to the retirement of Microplane’s Joel Arivett, one open board position is available. IBC members with the desire to serve on the board should contact Lori Szudarek for more information.
